Complete and Help are separate apps. Choose the appropriate app here before downloading the installer.
Apple Silicon means a Mac with an M-series chip. Check Apple menu → About This Mac. An Intel version of Complete has not been published yet.
Preview release: publisher signing and Mac notarization are still pending. macOS and Windows may show a warning or block installation.
Install for the first time
Mac
- Download your chosen app above and open the DMG file.
- Drag the app into Applications.
- Open the app from Applications. Complete is named Qlave Studio Företag Komplett; the help app is named Qlave Studio Hjälp.
Windows
- Download your chosen app above.
- Open the EXE file and follow the installation wizard.
- Open Qlave Studio Företag Komplett or Qlave Studio Hjälp from the Start menu.
In Complete, open Meetings or Remote support and sign in. In Help, open your email invitation again, or choose the invitation or code option.
Update Complete or Help
- End open meetings and remote support before updating.
- In Complete: choose Version och uppdateringar in the left menu, or Inställningar. In Help: select Version … · Uppdateringar at the top.
- Select Sök efter uppdateringar, then Uppdatera till the displayed version. You can also check from Hjälp → Sök efter uppdateringar in the app menu.
Mac · current preview
The app downloads and verifies the installer. Choose Stäng appen för installation, drag the new app into Applications and choose Replace. Then open it from Applications. Fully automatic Mac installation requires publisher signing.
Windows
After you choose to update, the app downloads and installs the update, then restarts.
Using 0.2.6 or earlier? The update button was introduced in 0.2.7. Quit the app and install the latest version from the matching card above. Choose Complete to update Complete and Help to update Help. You do not need to uninstall first.
