Video meeting
Participants join from the link in their invitation, or with a six-digit meeting code. Waiting room, raised hands, chat and private questions to whoever runs the meeting.
A meeting is not a video link. It is a decision to be made, by the right people, on the right material — and something that actually happens afterwards. So the invitation, the agenda, the meeting itself and the minutes belong together instead of living in four tools.

The format is chosen when booking and decides what the invitation contains. It is the same meeting in the system — not three different products.
Participants join from the link in their invitation, or with a six-digit meeting code. Waiting room, raised hands, chat and private questions to whoever runs the meeting.
The address and room travel with the invitation and the reminder. A physical meeting deliberately gets no video link and no join instructions — but the same agenda, attendance and minutes as everything else.
Both a location and a digital connection in one invitation, with the right icon in the calendar. Whoever is in the room and whoever is at home see the same material.
Start from a team check-in, a project meeting, a board meeting or a workshop. The template’s agenda and minutes become the meeting’s own text, yours to rewrite.
Book, choose the format and invite up to 20 contacts. Each recipient gets their own link and a calendar file. Reminders go out before the start. Book in Outlook instead and the meeting still shows up here.
The agenda is in view. Material and presentations are shown to everyone at once, with raised hands, chat and private questions. Whoever leads sees who is in and who is waiting.
The minutes carry roles, attendance, decisions, actions, an owner, a due date and follow-up. Recording and statistics remain. The next occurrence clones the format — but never the previous minutes.
Your selected Microsoft 365 calendars overlay the meetings view, with recurring occurrences and exceptions. Authorized users can RSVP, edit, cancel and delete — in Microsoft, from here.
Connect the calendar and Microsoft sign-in is enabled for that account. Accounts are matched only against an explicitly linked Microsoft identity, never automatically by email address.
The agenda and location travel with the invitation and the Outlook copy. The minutes never do — they are internal material for authorized people in your organization, and guests never see them.
Shared links can be protected with a password or BankID and always carry an expiry date. A revoked link stops working at the next check — but content a participant has already seen cannot be retracted.
