02 / REMOTE ACCESS & OPERATIONSReach the computer.
Not the person..
A meeting invites people to an occasion. Remote access is something else: someone grants you entry to their machine. That takes consent, not an invitation — and so it is its own product, with its own limits.

THREE LEVELS
From one call
to the whole estate.
Most start with attended support, because it solves a problem the same day. Monitoring becomes interesting once you have more computers than you can call.
Available · preview buildAttended support
Someone needs help right now. They get a link or a code, open the helper app and knock. You see the screen only once they have approved it.
- ✓ The person receiving help needs no account and no subscription
- ✓ Single-session code, invitation valid for 15 minutes
- ✓ Separate explicit consent for screen sharing and for control
- ✓ Two hours per session at most, one viewer at a time
In developmentUnattended access
The computer is unattended but needs work. Access is off by default and enabled per machine by whoever owns it — not by whoever wants in.
- ✓ Consent per machine, not per contract
- ✓ MFA on the technician account before a session starts
- ✓ A time-limited operating licence that must be renewed
- ✓ A complete audit trail per session
UI preview · no agent yetMonitoring & operations
An agent on each computer reports health, software and updates. The alert reaches you before the user notices. Dimensioned for up to 100 Windows machines per customer.
- ✓ Inventory, performance and installed software
- ✓ Alerts with acknowledgement, maintenance windows and escalation
- ✓ Patching in test, pilot and broad rollout
- ✓ Customer reporting per month and per device
Status is stated per level on purpose. Attended support works but is not yet notarized for Mac or publisher-signed for Windows, so the computer may warn during installation. Unattended access and monitoring are not in service: no agent collects anything today.
WHY THESE ARE TWO PRODUCTSThe meeting app cannot
take over your computer.
This is not a setting that can be switched on by accident. The remote-control code and the native input helpers are physically absent from a meetings build — they are not in the installer, and the main process rejects features the build does not contain.
Someone who only needs to attend meetings therefore gets an app that can do nothing more, whatever the invitation looks like.

HOW IT WORKSNobody gets in
unless someone lets them in.
Every step leaves a trace, and every step can be stopped from the computer it concerns.
01↗
Invitation or code
You send a link, or read out a code over the phone. The invitation is short-lived and single-session. It can be revoked while it is open.
02↗
Approval on the machine
The helper app asks about screen sharing and about control separately, in the operating system’s own dialogs. Approving one is not approving the other.
03↗
Stop at any time
Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Esc ends the session. Disconnect, sleep, screen lock and a missed heartbeat revoke control without anyone having to press anything.
Is this the same as TeamViewer or AnyDesk?+
The attended-support function overlaps. The difference is that access lives in the same account, the same contact register and the same invoice as your meetings. If you are an IT partner who both runs the customer’s computers and runs the customer’s meetings, that is one tool instead of two vendors.
Does the person receiving help have to buy anything?+
No. The helper app is free and needs no account. The licence belongs to whoever gives the help.
Can we buy remote access without meetings?+
Yes. The Meetings, Support and Complete packages are separate, both in price and in what gets installed. Prices are not yet decided and are shown as unpriced until they are — never as zero or free.
What happens if the server is unreachable?+
The agent is designed to stop and empty its queue rather than keep collecting. A longer outage may therefore require local re-enrolment. That is deliberate: we do not promise both zero contact and unlimited automatic reconnection.
